Acme Made ships directly to customers all over the world. We ship with UPS and every order includes a tracking number that is automatically sent once your order ships.

Currently, Acme Made ships all orders over $100 and within the continental United States FREE OF CHARGE via ground shipping. Other forms of shipping will be calculated accordingly.

All orders received after 2:00pm (West Coast time, PST) will go out the next business day. Overnight and 2nd day orders arrive on the NEXT or 2ND BUSINESS DAY, and does not include weekends or holidays - UPS does not deliver on Saturdays unless specific arrangements are made directly with an Acme Made Customer Service representative.

International orders are subject to addtional duties and taxes beyond our shipping price. Since each country charges different rates, we cannot predict what these charges will be, althought VAT for EU countries can be as high as an additional 18%. UPS will collect international fees and duties upon delivery. Acme Made does not refund shipping costs on returned orders. Our intention is to design and build products that meet your needs. For that reason all Acme Made products purchased directly from this Web site carry a complete satisfaction guarantee. If, at anytime within the first year of receiving your product (90 days on the iCover products), you are unsatisfied for any reason simply contact us for an exchange, repair or refund based on the discretion of Acme Made. Unfortunately, this does not cover damage that was the result of misuse or beyond reasonable usage expectations. We apologize, but shipping charges on returned products cannot be refunded.

This warranty specifically covers the Acme Made product, not items or devices carried inside the product. While Acme Made products are very well designed and intended to protect your devices from the typical hazards of everyday life (bumps, scratches, etc.) there are some things that our products are just not intended to cover. So please use your Acme Made with reasonable care and it will last a long time.

Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and the refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card, Acme Made Gift Certificate, or simply store credit with us..

To return a product for any reason, simply contact customer service at (888) 486-3191 for a Return Authorization number and then send the product back to our Portland location. Occasionally, we have a variety of products that do not measure up to our normal quality standards. While the products are structurally sound and built well, they have some type of defect(s) that makes them a "factory second". Based on numerous inquiries we receive we decided to make these bags available to the public at very significant savings (up to 50% based on the severity of the "defect"). These items carry a different warranty (products can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days from the date of purchase) and are sold in "As Is" condition. The items are sold only through our customer service number and are not available through other resellers or the Acme Made site.
