I had a zipper issue with Acme Made backpack. I emailed a photo and asked what options I had to resolve the issue. They were very responsive and offered to replace the back with one from the new line since they no longer make the one I had. I chose the Divisadero Commuter and it has been great. The more I use it, the more I like it. Lots of storage options to keep things organized and the bag looks great.
