We ship with a variety of carriers and whenever possible will include Tracking details with your orders.
Acme Made does not refund shipping costs on returned orders. If you have specific needs or questions please contact CustomerService@acmemade.com with any specific shipping questions.
Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and the refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card.
To return a product for any reason, simply contact customer service at CustomerService@acmemade.com for a Return Authorization number. Please include a photo of the product and a brief description as to the reason for the return as well as your name, order number, or some other means of identifying your purchase.
