Acme Made Warranty
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, or accidental damage; nor does it cover the natural breakdown of materials that occurs after extended use (i.e., abrasion of components and fabrics). Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property. Some states, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
You will be required to submit your product to an authorized Acme Made representative for inspection to confirm the defect. Acme Made will not provide any coverage under this warranty statement unless your claim is in compliance with all of its terms. To request warranty service and obtain instructions on how to submit your product for inspection, you may either contact the dealer where you purchased your Acme Made product, email us at CustomerService@acmemade.com , or contact your local authorized distributor.
After inspecting the product and confirming the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your Acme Made product free of charge. If your product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value.
How Local Laws Apply
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state and country to country. This warranty does not affect any additional rights you have under laws in your jurisdiction governing the sale of consumer goods, including, without limitation, national laws implementing EC Directive 1999/44/EC. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in this warranty statement may not apply to you.
Extension of Warranty
This warranty is extended by Acme Made and its parent company, The 4EProject, Inc..
We ship with a variety of carriers and whenever possible will include Tracking details with your orders.
Acme Made does not refund shipping costs on returned orders. If you have specific needs or questions please contact our Customer Service group at CustomerService@acmemade.com with any specific shipping questions.
Products returned for refund will be credited within 5-10 business days of the receipt of the item(s) and the refund can only be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card.
To return a product for any reason, simply contact customer service at CustomerService@acmemade.com for a Return Authorization number. Please include a brief description as to the reason for the return as well as your name, order number, or some other means of identifying your purchase.
